Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only and will be considered redeemed even if the order is canceled.

In case you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately. Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained.

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products (including organic goods and fruit-flavoured energy drinks), returns are not accepted to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards for all customers.
