At Coddle, we are committed to delivering your favourite organic products and energy drinks safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which we deliver products purchased through our website www.coddle.in.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • ₹49 for orders below ₹499

    • FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹499

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: May take up to 8–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Link to track your order in real-time

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@coddle.in.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Repeated failed attempts

Then the order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, please contact our support team to discuss re-shipping or refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).


7. Tampered or Damaged Shipments

Please do not accept a package if it appears to be:

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

  • Leaking or damaged

Instead, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@coddle.in with an image/video of the package. Claims will not be entertained for accepted damaged parcels.


8. Shipping During High Demand

During sale events, festivals, or peak season, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such times.
